Trust me, I was skeptical at first too, but it's true. There is such a thing as 'healthy' ice cream!
4 Bananas
2 tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/4" inch thick disks. Place the banana slices in the freezer for about an hour or until they are frozen solid. Put the frozen slices in a food processor or heavy duty blender and pulse. You can add a dash of milk to help the bananas blend.
When the bananas look like whipped ice cream, you can add your mix-ins like peanut butter and/or cocoa powder. Straight out of the blender, the ice cream is soft serve. You can also freeze it for a firmer texture. When your ready to stuff your face, add strawberries, raspberries or pineapple on top for an added sweet. This recipe makes about a pint.
