I think it's safe to say that I've found love again. I ran across this recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls and I had to try them out. The best part is they're clean! I've really been trying to hop back on that train, but I crave chocolate after EVERY meal I eat. These should defiantly help satisfy those cravings. These were super simple to make, very inexpensive and the best balls I've ever tasted.
INGREDIENTS
1-Cup old-fashioned oats
1/4-Cup Cocoa
1/4-Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2-Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/4-Cup Raw Honey
DIRECTIONS
Stir oats, cocoa and shredded coconut together to mix well. Add peanut butter and honey. Sometimes it's best to use your hands to mix the dry ingredients and wet.
Use a small tablespoon or cookie scoop to ensure even sized balls. Roll each one by hand and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
